(do not allow it to completely detach from backing). Remove from water and let it rest for a few moments. The decal will slide around arround on the backing easily when gently moved and is now ready for use. Pick up the decal with the backing paper and slide the decal from the backing paper on to your glass. Remove all water and bubbles from under decal. Allow to dry before firing.
